We watched this man clear out the rubbish from his car throwing it under his car and across the street checking each time to make sure he was not being watched. Well he was. Very closely indeed.

They decided to hold and impromptu alcohol Jack Daniel's and coke party and then throw the bottles over a fence into school grounds

This individual sat in a communal garden in St Peters Highfields Leicester eating a box of chicken. During this time, he sat eating and throwing the chicken bones, wipes and box under the bench. He then got up and walked away. We have no proof that he discarded his lager can in an equal manner. However we can only assume he did.

Many have noticed that the litter bins in these video's are often full to capacity. We have communicated this to PhIl Palmer of the Highways Department Leicester city council in no uncertain terms pointing out to them that at the time these video's were taken they needed to raise their game as regards emptying them and even more so now that people are beginning to get the message here about littering.
